Code of conduct

Building a culture of trust and accountability

Quick Body Fitness Center is committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all members and staff. As such, we expect all individuals who enter our facility to adhere to the following code of conduct:

Respect for Others

Quick Body Fitness Center is a place for people from all walks of life. We expect all members and staff to treat each other with respect, courtesy, and consideration. Any behavior that is deemed discriminatory, harassing, or disrespectful towards others will not be tolerated.

Proper Attire

Proper attire must be worn while working out in the facility. This includes athletic shoes, athletic apparel, and towels. Any clothing or accessories that promote or display offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate language or imagery are strictly prohibited.

Cleanliness

Keeping the facility clean is everyone’s responsibility. Members are expected to clean up after themselves and return any equipment to its proper location after use. Additionally, all members are required to wipe down equipment after use, with the provided cleaning solution and towel.

Safety

Safety is of the utmost importance at Quick Body Fitness Center. All members must follow all posted rules and guidelines for equipment usage and general safety precautions. If you are unsure of how to properly use any equipment, please ask one of our trained staff members.

Prohibited Behaviors

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited in the facility:

1. The use of illegal drugs or alcohol on the premises.
2. Smoking or vaping within the facility.
3. Theft or vandalism of any kind.
4. Any behavior that is threatening or violent towards others.
5. Use of mobile devices to take photographs, videos, or make phone calls during workouts.

Guest Policy

Members are welcome to bring guests to the facility for a fee. Guests must follow all rules and regulations while using the facility.

Child Policy

Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the facility, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children between the ages of 14-17 are permitted, but must have a signed parental consent form on file.

Violations

Violations of the Quick Body Fitness Center Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action up to and including suspension or termination of membership. Quick Body Fitness Center reserves the right to take whatever action it deems necessary to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all members and staff.
